Free delivery throughout the United Kingdom
With us, all deliveries are free of charge. You will receive your ofinto furniture within 5 days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of your payment.
We send the office chairs by parcel express service. As a rule, you will receive shipped chairs within 48 hours of your order (Mon-Fri). To guarantee that the chairs reach you safely, the delivery is made against signature. But you have the control: Via the tracking number, which you receive with the shipping confirmation by e-mail, you have the possibility to track the shipment and adjust the delivery date and the handover.
Test worry-free for 100 days
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we let you test your ofinto product for 100 days - right in your own home.
Are you not 100% satisfied with our product? Let us find a solution together:
Step 1: First, please contact by e-mail us for a free ergonomic consultation. It can take up to a month for you to get used to your new working posture. We will be happy to help you find the ergonomically optimal settings for your ofinto products.
Step 2: If you still want to return our products, you can record a return in your user profile at the order overview. ofinto products that are as good as new can be returned in their original packaging within 100 days of the date of purchase for a refund. ofinto will cover the costs of the return shipment.
Please note that the original packaging must be present for a free return. If you are considering a return, we recommend that you do not let our assembly team dispose of the packaging materials even in the case of delivery including assembly.

10 years warranty
For ofinto, quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities. That's why we offer all customers who have purchased ofinto products directly from our webshops a voluntary, free warranty of up to 10 years from the date of purchase on selected products (the "Warranty Products").
You can easily register warranty claims in your user profile in the order overview or by email at info@ofinto.co.uk. The ofinto team will then contact you as soon as possible.
