Order process

Can I try out the office chaires in a showroom?

Currently there is no possibility to try out our chairs in a showroom. We try to invest as much as possible into the quality of our office furniture, which is why we forego expensive showrooms. What we do offer, however, is the possibility to try out our chairs at home for 100 days! This way you also have a better opportunity to test and enjoy the ergonomics of our chairs in a sustainable manner.

Which means of payment can I use?

We offer a range of payment options:

  • Payment by credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer (prepayment) via IBAN
  • Instant bank transfer from your e-banking via Klarna Online
  • Google Pay

Important: For Bank transfer (prepayment) via IBAN the order will only be executed when we have received the payment.

Can I order via invoice?

You can order your order by invoice on prepayment. As soon as we have received your payment, we will trigger the delivery.

My payment is breaking off. What should I do?

Please check that all the details are correct and that you have not yet reached your limit. Some card providers also temporarily stop online payments if some purchases have already been made. In this case, please use an alternative card or payment method. If nothing works, please write to us via Live Chat so that we can find a solution together.

How much are the shipping costs?

All our deliveries are free of charge, with no hidden costs.

GLS writes to me by e-mail that I have to pay something for receiving my delivery. Is that correct?

DHL writes to me by e-mail that a parcel from ofinto me is on its way and that I have to pay something to receive it. Is that correct?

I would like to receive the delivery at a later date. What should I do?

Please leave your preferred delivery date as an order comment at checkout. We will then coordinate a timely delivery for you with our logistics partners. If you do not leave a preferred delivery date, we will deliver your order as soon as possible.

How does the delivery work?

The office chairs are delivered via DPD with signature upon delivery. After shipment you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the parcel, change the delivery method and adapt the delivery date.

Where is my parcel?

The office chairs are delivered via DPD. You will receive a tracking number immediately after shipment, with which you can track the parcel. You can also find your tracking number at any time in your customer account in the order details. Please note that it can take a few hours until your parcel is displayed online under the tracking number.

When will I receive my ordered products?

We deliver our products within 1-2 days across the UK. Individual office chairs are usually dispatched within 24 working hours.

Customer account & orders

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You can find your invoice at any time in the customer account in the detailed view of the respective order. The invoice also includes our VAT number in case you want to invoice your purchase via your company.

I can't find my order in my customer account. What should I do?

Returns & Warranty

I don't like the product. Can I return it?

ofinto products that are as good as new can be returned in the original packaging within 100 days of the date of purchase for a refund and they may even come with a warranty of up to 10 years depending on the type of product. ofinto will bear the costs of the return shipment. You can select the "Return and guarantee" field in your customer account under the order. After you have selected a reason and it has been submitted to us, we will contact you with the next steps.

My office furniture is damaged. What can I do?

If, during the use of your office furniture, it becomes damaged or no longer functions properly, we ask you to select the "Return and guarantee" field in your customer account under the order. After you have filled in the form and it has been sent to us, we will contact you as soon as possible.
