Frequently asked questions
Can you remove the armrests of the ofinto Active?
No. The armrests of the ofinto Active are integrated into the aluminum of the backrest and therefore cannot be removed.
Are the wheels of the ofinto Active also suitable for hard floors like wood or parquet?
Yes. The ofinto Active has universal wheels made of high-quality polyurethane (so-called PU wheels). These wheels are not only quiet and shock-resistant but also have the ideal hardness to prevent scratches on hard floors, such as stone, parquet or laminate. Nevertheless, we recommend for safety reasons for particularly sensitive floors, such as floors made of antique wood, to use a floor protection mat.
What is the difference between the ofinto Active and the ofinto Ergo?
The ofinto Active is the ergonomic office chair of the extra class. Like the ofinto Ergo, it has all the essential ergonomic functions of a good office chair. While the ofinto Ergo determines the seat resistance for you by means of auto-synchronous mechanism, you have the possibility to adjust the seat resistance individually over four levels to your personal taste with the ofinto Active.
Both ergonomic office chairs from ofinto are characterized by high-quality materials. But here too, the ofinto Active goes one step further. The underside of the backrest and the base of the ofinto Active are made of noble brushed aluminum. The cover of the backrest is made of Italian chenille yarn. This yarn is particularly comfortable, breathable and durable. These materials and the noble design make the ofinto Active a real eye-catcher.
